Donation Information

We are asking for your support for our non-profit organization through a gift for our 4 ^th Annual
SGT Jan Argonish Ride scheduled for Sunday, September 11th. 

 

            In conjunction with this ride we are holding a raffle and are hopeful that your organization is in the position to help raise money for the SGT Jan-Michael Argonish Memorial Fund and our local injured soldiers through a contribution, gift basket, or gift certificate.

Proceeds from the benefit are applied in multiple ways. A base monetary
donation is made annually to the Scranton Area Foundation, a tax-exempt
public, community charity created by and for the people of Scranton and
Lackawanna County which assists donors in their charitable giving through
organized philanthropy. Additional funds are used to assemble and deliver
care packages to local wounded veterans or support their immediate
families. Still more funds are donated to Veterans’ support organizations
such as Homes for our Troops, an organization that builds specially
adapted homes for our severely wounded veterans. If you know a military
